Ignite Female Founders

The Ignite Female Founders program is co-designed by women to support women.  Our program is customised to support women with one or more barriers to getting support for their business idea.

Unlike other business programs we are person- centered and build the support around the needs of the individual. No one size fits all approach here!

No matter what your idea, what stage of business, or what other life barriers you have, we are here to support you.

First we get to know you,  and step by step we will guide you through the path to self-employment. If working for yourself at this point in time, is not ideal, we will map out a plan and connect you with other pathways to employment or social supports.

The program offers flexible scheduling to fit around the family commitments of participants and creates safe networking spaces for women to connect, build relationships, and receive peer-to-peer mentoring. Participants also gain access to female role models and support to inspire and guide them along their journey.

In addition to providing foundational knowledge of the Australian business environment, the program helps entrepreneurs;

  • test and refine their product and service
  • implement marketing plans for their business idea
  • be connected with volunteers who can help with legal and financial management
  • supports scaling and strengthening of businesses as needed
  • learn about alternative employment and learning pathways.
  • connect and network with other similar businesses.
